Portraits

20 minute seating per family. Families with more than 6 people will require a second seating. All digital photos will be provided to individual families for a flat rate with print release. Photographer will select best photo of family for directory submission.

$35 seating fee per family(50% paid to book photography dates and remainder due 15 days prior to session)Each family can purchase their entire digital album with full print release for $40. Once purchased, the family will receive a personal email to access their album with all photos from their seating.

Portrait, Activity & Staff Pages

Pastor and portrait coordinator will assist in layout decisions for entire directory, as well as provide high resolution images for each of these custom pages. Multiple page layout options available. Standard directory comes with cover page, pastor page, up to 6 family pages, 4 activity pages, 2 family contact info pages, and a church history page. Additional pages available as add on's.

Saddle Stitched Booklet (8-15p.) - $20($2 per additional page -- up to 50 pages)Bound Booklet (32-50p.) - $40($2 per additional page -- up to 76 pages)

Church Directory Contact Pages

Each family will provide their name, mailing address, email(s), and phone number(s) for the directory pages that will be listed alphabetically at the back of the book.

Booking Details

To reserve your date, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of signing your contract. This fee secures your session and is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance for your Church Directory session is due 15 days prior to the event.

Travel included for photo sessions booked within 30 miles of my home in Reva, VA.

In the event of a cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable, as it compensates for the time and date held exclusively for you. However, I understand that life happens—reschedules may be accommodated based on availability, and I'm happy to work with you to find a new date if needed. Clear communication is always encouraged, and all policies will be outlined in your contract for transparency and peace of mind.
